Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your strap. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To start a return, contact us at support@saltonstraps.com with your order number and reason for return. In many cases, we're able to offer a replacement or refund without requiring the item to be shipped back.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once approved.
